Payments & Charges:

1. What payment options do you have?

For your convenience, we several payment options:

  • Cash On Delivery

2. Are there any hidden charges?

Absolutely not! The prices shown against each product are the final prices inclusive of GST and you wouldn’t be asked to pay any more than that.

 3. What to do if the money gets debited and the order confirmation is not received?

Do not worry! Your money is safe. It would be either credited to us or back to you.

Please check your bank account if the deducted amount is not reversed, please email us at support@avantiqe.com with your transaction details along with your name and email id that was used while attempting to place the order.

 

Product Quality:

1. How is the quality of your product?

All our products are made from high quality Brass metal and polished with Gold plating that is Nickel and Lead free. This makes it suitable to wear even for sensitive skin.

2. Will I get a good finishing in handmade jewelry?

Absolutely yes! All our products are handcrafted by our skillful artisans and undivided attention is given to each piece to excel the designing and finishing so that you experience the preciousness of handmade art. Please understand that minute irregularities are normal and adds to the uniqueness of each carved piece.

3. Will I get the exact same product that I see on the website?

Definitely! All our products are shot under natural lighting in our in-house studio to give you the best and right product images. Also, all the details of the product are mentioned in the Description Section of every product page. 

4. What is the guarantee/warranty on your products?

We only send you high quality jewelry, the shine and the color will not fade with regular use.

As this is fashion jewelry, there's no guarantee/warranty as such but please be sure that nothing will happen to the jewelry for a very long time if basic care is taken, like minimum contact with soap, water and perfume to ensure its longevity. Also, always put the product back in its packaging after use.

 

Shipping & Delivery:

1. How can I track my order?

We send you the tracking details via email as soon as the order is dispatched, which is typically in 24 - 48 hrs of order confirmation. 

2. What is the estimated delivery time?

We have partnered with the best logistics services in the country to serve you. You can expect your delivery in 3 - 9 working days from the dispatch time, depending on your location. Typically it takes 3 - 5 working days in Metros and Tier-1 cities. It may take up to 5 - 9 working days for other Indian locations.

In case of any unforeseen delays, we would inform you of the possible delay via email.

3. What time can I expect the delivery?

Once your package is out for delivery, you will receive a call from our logistics partner for the delivery of your order. They will be able to confirm the time of delivery.

4. What will happen if I miss my package delivery?

We understand that you cannot be available all the time at your delivery location to collect the package. We make sure to attempt delivery thrice before it returns to our warehouse. 

5. Do you ship internationally?

Though we ship to all locations within India, we currently do not offer international shipping.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

1. How do I return a product if I changed my mind about the design?

No worries! Please send us an email at support@avantiqe.com within 3 days of delivery (including the day of delivery) with product photo and reason for return. Upon approval from our end, kindly send the product to our location (at your cost). 

Once we receive the product in its original condition and packaging, we would email you a Refund Coupon Code of the order amount (excluding COD shipping charges, if any).

2. In case of return, who will ship the product?

You would be responsible to send us the product back in its original condition and packaging at your cost.

3. How will I get my refund?

We give refunds only in the form of Refund Coupon Codes that would be emailed to you. The coupon value depends upon the value of your product returned. Redeeming your Refund Coupon.

4. When will I get the refund?

We initiate refund once the returned product has reached us in its proper condition along with the original packaging.

You will be receiving your Refund Coupon Code in your email within 48 hours of return received at our warehouse. 

5. Can I cancel my order?

No, as we start our dispatch activities almost immediately after your order confirmation, we would not be able to accept order cancellation request placed on our website.

6. What to do if I receive an incorrect or damaged product?

All our deliveries undergo strict quality checks before they are dispatched to your location. However, in the exceptional case of any damage caused during transit, we exchange your product with a fresh piece once we receive your email.
